Artistic Program* Award

Offering a $5000 award

Submissions are due by March 1, 2025 and scholarships will be granted by May 1, 2025

*Artistic program is defined as a visual, theatric, musical, or multi-media program and/or an educational program that involves artist(s) of Iranian heritage or a theme that relates to Iranian art and culture.

Criteria

1. The program must include a minimum of one creator of Iranian heritage and/or be a topic that relates to Iranian art and culture.

2. If the artist or artist do not have a nonprofit organization to sponsor your program, please still apply as we may serve as your sponsoring nonprofit for your project.

3. We are open to multi-media work

4. Open to diversity of subject matter and thematic exploration

1. Prepare and submit your application and materials

2. Application assessment

3. Notification of results and Payment Instruction

4. Payment(s)

5. Complete your project

6. Report to the Ovissi Foundation

• Please fill out the google form and email 10 images (300 dpi/full color) to galleryovissi@gmail.com; video is welcomed or written narrative if program is in process.

• Application must be submitted by the non-profit sponsoring organization.
